J Dilla is one of my favorite producers, hands down. He changed the way I listened to not only music, but sounds as well. He showed me that hard work and a bit of solitude can come a long way, and that’s just my assumption based on what I’ve read, or heard. I never had the chance to meet J Dilla, but I’m blessed to have met some of the best producers inspired by none other than Jay Dee.
